New Weight Loss News

There is new weight loss news for our family....Heather has lost 10lbs. and Lindsay has lost 15lbs. since we started our diets. Heather has been exercising daily with her cheerleading and Lindsay continues to do walking in the early evenings!! YEA for both of them.

A NEW BABY!!

I have just found out that my brother and his wife are expecting a baby girl on Nov. 1. They have not decided on a name yet....a new baby is a great thing!!

A Couple of Bad Days for Chris.

As all of you know, Christopher is a huge fan of the WWE and pro-wrestling. On Monday, one of those wrestlers and his family were found dead in their home in Georgia. The whole world has since learned of the circumstances surrounding the death of the wrestler, Chris Benoit, and his family and they were not good. Chris has been sad about this and has prayed and tried hard to understand why this would happen and is trying to make sense of it all. Rob and Chris have talked many times as Rob tries to help Chris to understand why sometimes things happen and they are completely unexplainable.....hopefully Chris will feel better soon.
